Great facility and really easy for contactless reservations. We even had to transfer to a bigger unit after one day of loading stuff and really easy to do via phone calls

DO NOT RENT HERE. My family and I rented a 10x15 storage unit here and were broken into TWICE in a 2 week period. When we installed a better lock after the first case of theft, the thieves simply DISMANTLED THE WALL in the adjacent vacant unit (all vacant units are unlocked here, the doors to the building are unlocked also), stole valuables and left the rest looking like a bomb went off. 20 years of family home items looted. Management was not helpful and suggested that WE buy a 2nd lock for the adjacent unit with the HOLE IN THE WALL as no one was able to help us that day, business hours had ended a few minutes earlier. They had no solutions to the WALL DISMANTLING problem (looks like you could remove the metal sheeting in 5 minutes with a regular wrench) and other unlocked security issues. When the police arrived to file our report they said this same style of robbery happened to three other units at this same facility, and the facilities 2 (TWO) cameras did not capture any helpful footage, even though these unmanned units are often targeted in Durham. We are moving our things out TODAY.
